When note came due Gentry claimed the note specified US bank currency. Boyd charges Gentry with further fraud, and sues to recover debts owed to him. |

In 1910, plaintiffs executed to Batchelor a trust deed of 109 acres to secure a note of $814.65. In 1913, the executed another trust deed on the same land for a note of $467.75. When Lackie bought the mortgages, Maweatherry issued a rent note that he failed to pay and Siler sued and levied out the crops on the land. Maweatherry filed this bill seeking to enjoin attachment for dispute. |

The plaintiffs asked that the land belonging to McMillion be attached to the debt and sold to satisfy it. |
