Firm of Baxter, Champion & Ricks won a judgment of $722.52 against plntffs. after a deputy failed to execute a collection of $700 against deft. Kaylor & in favor of their firm. Plntffs. Paid the judgment. They ask the court to include them among Kaylor's creditors, & to attach all property that Kaylor owns or in which he has an interest as they believe that he is selling it in an effort to hinder & defraud his creditors.
