Price of corn, $1.40 per bushel. The defendants shipped 2455 bushels of the corn and there still remained 2545 bushels to be delivered. After defendants were given more time to deliver corn, they refused to deliver the rest. |

He took a total of $451 worth of material, which he never paid despite an agreed upon contract to repay the debt in a certain time and action taken by the plaintiffs. |

Plaintiff is the owner of a tract of land that he sold to the defendant so they could build a rail road tract on it. In order to build the rail, the defendant had to create a 30 foot high dump about 100 feet wide along his land. Plaintiff appealed to the defendant to create ditches to flow water out of the land or it would ruin his crops and rest of his land, for which the defendant would be charged. Defendants failed to do so and the plaintiff sued for damages to his land in the sum of $500. |

In 1914, the parties entered into a contract to saw and stack all the timber from a certain tract of land and the plaintiffs would install a saw mill on their property for cutting. The defendants failed to pay the plaintiffs for their work and the cost of the mill fell upon the plaintiffs. They are suing for the sum of $1,120 as specified in the contract. |
