Shaw rented a farm to Walton. In the rental contract, Shaw required Walton to "sow thirty acres of land in wheat, with the right reserved in the contract" that Walton could "sow grass on the thirty acres of wheat." After the wheat was cut and removed, Shaw turned a large amount of cattle out on the land that destroyed and trampled all Walton's grass. Walton "brought this suit enjoining the defendants from turning cattle into this particular field." |

Complainant bought 40 bales of cotton and shipped them to Barrett & Company in Augusta, GA. The draft for this shipment was $4527.60. Defendant refused to pay and the draft went to protest. |

The Stark heirs, Anderson, & Tully hired Frank Hayden to find a buyer for all the stock (the Bruces and Ransom). Anderson & Tully backed out of the sell. |

L. Cohen Grocer Company is a Missouri corporation with no office or agents in Tennessee. Uhlhorn entered into a contract with the L. Cohen Grocer Company on 2/28/1923 whereby the defendant agreed to sell to Uhlhorn 1200 bags of American Standard, granulated sugar at $8.10 per bag. The defendant breached the contract when he refused to ship the goods unless complainant procured a bank to guarantee payment of draft. This condition was not stated in original contract. |
