Parties made an agreement contract for purchase and delivery of a large amount of pork for market, about twelve or fifteen hundred head. Pryer states he did not receive the amount of hogs agreed upon in the contract, but they would not refund any of his $3000 payment.

Additional Plaintiff: Lee Tollett. Additional Defendant: S.H. Blackburn and wife Callie Blackburn, and W. S. Hixson and wife Allie Hixson. W. M. Tollett claims he purchased property from the defendants but later found that the grantors were not the owners in fee of the whole of said property. Plaintiffs are now seeking a decree granting W. M. one half interest in said property. Exhibit materials include hand drawn diagrams of the property in controversy and the town of Pikeville. Two folders.
