Defendant, a school teacher, is accused of carrying a pistol in public. According to witnesses, the defendant was in a heated exchange with a person named Brock who was a tenant on the defendants property. The defendant believed he was owed rent from Brock and had an attachment placed in the hands of Forrest Patrick who was deputized as a special officer. Patrick brought Brock to the home of Edmonson where the exchange occurred.
