Add. Plaintiffs: R. M. Barry & James G. Bare. Add. Defendant: Virginia Bond & Mortgage Company. Plaintiff is acting as Trustee for J. G. Bare. Plaintiffs bought a property that had certain debts held against it held by Virginia Bond for approximately $4,000.00. The building was later destroyed by a fire and the defendant refused to pay out on the policy held by it because of the debt. Plaintiffs suing for the face amount of the policy for $1,500 along with a 25% penalty.
