The plaintiff entered into a contract with the Athens Table and Manufacturing Co. to insure her son, Oran Melton, an employee of said co. Oran became sick with typhoid fever and died in July of 1930. The defendant refused to honor said contract saying Oran terminated his employment with the Athens Table Manufacturing Co., voiding his insurance policy.
