Plaintiff claims the defendant is indebted to him for $63 plus interest for a claim he made after being injured on the job, being struck in the testicles. The defendant responded by sending a representative to investigate the claim, and stated his belief that the injury actually came from a venereal disease, which was not covered under his policy.
