The plaintiff claims contracts amounting to $2307.85 were obtained and executed, however city only paid $1300.25. Plaintiff sued for balance. Includes details related to the trade of rock excavation--labor, contract negotiations, payment. Exhibit: Two original contracts. Because the city engineer did not personally measure the work, an arbitrator did fieldwork to determine the volume. |
