Additional plaintiffs: Peter Bradshaw and R. M. Bradshaw. R. M. Cafer and wife Prudence Chafer had contracted with the plaintiffs and had them build a 2 story brick building business house for Prudence. Plaintiffs sued due to lack of payment. Amount sued for was $1279.50, the remaining unpaid balance. Building was on Cedar Avenue in South Pittsburgh. This lawsuit was filed to collection on a mechanics lien that was put in place in 1877. |
