Henison, who cut down a large portion of timber on the land, devaluing the property. Suing for damages and ordered restraint against Henison continuing to cut timber. |

Deft's. freight train took the plntff. to Vance's Tank, but refused to allow him to board & ride back to Bristol, forcing him to walk back on his own. PLntff. Sued the deft. for $500 damages for breach of contract. Deft. argued that Vance's Tank was a "flag station" rather than a regular station, & the train had been unable to stop & pick up the plntff. because it was running behind schedule. |
