The Nashville Bridge Co., represented by Jacob McGavock and Thomas Martin. Morrison was owner of a bridge across the Cumberland River at Nashville which he leased to the Nashville Bridge Co. under agreement that he was to receive "all tolls, issues and profits of the same for the term of one year." Road promised to be built from the north side of bridge to intersect with road to Page's Ferry. Plaintiff alleges profits denied.

Plaintiffs sued for damages after Charity Atkins, wife of Abe Atkins, was struck by a horse and wagon owned and operated by the defendant. Defendants delivered tea, coffee, baking powder and condensed milk to customers throughout Williamson County.

The plaintiff sued for damages done to his stock struck by a freight train.

Laura Bennett was the wife of the pla., daughter of S. F. Glass and sister of W. H. Glass. Pla. brings suit against the defendants for damages for depriving him of the companionship of his wife and daughter by enticing and persuading his wife to leave him. S. F. Glass is described as a man of large means and wealth. After Emmett and Laura were married, S. F. purchased a home for them in Franklin from Capt. John Hunter and gave a farm and other property to Emmett. 2 folders.

Perkins sold 1k acres of land to James Gillespie, who sold half to John Donaldson, and the other half to James McGavock, who gave it to his grandson, David McGavock. There was a dispute as to the amount of water available from a spring supposedly located on the land.
