Kutsche Company did not pay McWhorter his total wage for work done on a Knoxville post office, totaling $108. However, he is accused of working at the rate of thirty cents an hour, then after the job was complete asking for a higher wage for work paid and completed. Road promised to be built from the north side of bridge to intersect with road to Page's Ferry. Plaintiff alleges profits denied. |

She believed that Fulton had created a corporation for the purpose of stripping and selling the commercial property, thereby defrauding Hutchinson. |
