Walthal Bros. undertook to sell a house and lot for Greener to Rosenbloom and got a contract of purchase accompanied by a check to pay the earnest money. When Greener tried to cash the check he discovered a stop payment had been placed on it. Rosenbloom chose not to pay, thus Greener returned the check to the purchaser, tore up the contract and sold the property to someone else. Walthal Bros. sued for full commission. |

No other case files. Dorsey was a partner in a farming operation, and he continued to draw out bank funds for his own use after the partnership was dissolved. The cashier of Farmers Union Bank continued to allow Dorsey to make withdrawals even after being instructed not to do so. |
