When his lease ended, the trust company offered to renew his lease at the rate of $700 per month. Adler did not renew the lease. The trust company leased it to someone else at the $700 rate. The trust company states that Adler "has no right of possession of said property that he is forcibly and illegally detaining the same from the plaintiff." |
