The Robertson's as heirs at law of H. F. Robertson, dec. owned land in Lincoln County. Robertson died intestate in 1857. Hardy Smith was found to be owed money from the estate in the sum of $2384. Robertson had no more money, so Smith sued the heirs for the land to satisfy the debt. |

Nagle [alt. spelled Nagel] and Hall had made a contract in 1887 in which Nagle rented out his farm to Hall with stipulations regarding timber and crops. Separate contract made in 1888 for different tract of land. Nagle had demanded Hall surrender possession of buildings and premises to him. In a pending case, judgment was given to Nagle for possession of land, which would be done unless this court halted those proceedings. Judge ruled in favor of def't in both cases. |
