Plaintiff et al: Thomas E. Browder, George W. Warfield, Elizabeth Warfield & Pack G. Johnson. Def. Robb, administrator of the estate of George H Warfield, deceased, was charged with depositing large sums and using them in business for his own gain. Def. Beaumont was president of said bank, and charged with full knowledge and collaboration in this. In 1875 Robb became insolvent and indebted to the estate of Warfield for $20,000. Add. case file in Box 792. By end of case, Geo Browder had died.

The defendant is the sister of B. F. Madole dec. who committed suicide in 1888. The plaintiff argues that before his death, Madole made a conveyance of real estate located in the 7th Civil District of Montgomery County to the defendant in order to avoid paying debts. Plaintiff also believes that Madole made an additional gift of $500 to his sister with the knowledge that his estate was insolvent. Plaintiff is seeking to recover the money and real estate in an effort to pay creditors of Madole's estate.

Plaintiff in error is admr. of D. W. Williams dec. Defendant in error is the mother of D. W. Williams dec. The defendant originally brought a bill against the plaintiff to recover a legacy left to her by her sister Mollie Ward in 1879. D. W. Williams was the administrator of Ward's estate and collected large sums of money belonging to it but died before making a final settlement. The defendant was the primary beneficiary of said estate.

John C. Mickle died in 1859 w/ a probated will. Brown & Oneal were exe's falsely claimed the estate owed huge debts. They sold off $15k worth of property, including enslaved people, accepting notes. Slavery was outlawed, but the notes were still unpaid. Discussion of enslaved people including Worleigh, Judy, Harriet, Newton, Kate, Abbey, Milbon, Jane, Peter, Manus, Manuel, Jerry, Leamuel, Milly, Leannah, Jinney, Aleck, Lavinia & children, Vinny & 6 children. Also enslaved's clothing.
