Beaumont was president of said bank, and charged with full knowledge and collaboration in this. In 1875 Robb became insolvent and indebted to the estate of Warfield for $20,000. The plaintiff argues that before his death, Madole made a conveyance of real estate located in the 7th Civil District of Montgomery County to the defendant in order to avoid paying debts. Plaintiff also believes that Madole made an additional gift of $500 to his sister with the knowledge that his estate was insolvent. Plaintiff is seeking to recover the money and real estate in an effort to pay creditors of Madole's estate. |

Williams was the administrator of Ward's estate and collected large sums of money belonging to it but died before making a final settlement.
