Crouch drew bill of exchange on Merchants Bank of Cheraw in SC pybl to Def Brandon for $1500, which was endorsed by Brandon & later by Haws, who says he was an accommodation endorser for Crouch. Bill then presented for pymt & refused. Suit filed & judgment rendered in favor of Def Bank of Tennessee & against Crouch, Haws & Brandon, but without prescribing order of liability. Hence this suit. |
