J.C. Young & R.A. Blow dba Plaintiff Young & Co. had Pulaski tin business--manufactured tin & roofed houses with it. Def. McCord & Neely put up flour mill in Pulaski & contracted with Plaintiff to cover millhouse with tin. Plaintiff bought & prepared tin. Plaintiff notified Def. they were ready to begin work, but Def. hired someone else -- McCord's son-in-law Ezell -- to do the work. Plaintiff used the tin to cover other houses but sued to recover lost profit. S.C. Mitchell was "boss carpenter" for Def. |
