Pltf. sued for divorce and custody. With many examples of his ferocity, pltf. asserted dfnt. was a leader of the "White Caps". The pltf. gathered the group rode around at night, in masks, to terrorize people, shoot fire-arms, whip and beat the defenseless and to kill and murder whomever they might condemn to death.
