Jemima was married to Nicholas Hale, with whom she had 4 children--Nicholas & Loretta (both died), Leeroy, & Elizabeth (m. Zachariah Hale)--and who died owning land. Jemima then married Enoch Kincheloe, who treated her cruelly & from whom she divorced. Enoch took possession of Nicholas' land & was now, along with some of Nicholas' heirs, trying to sell it. Jemima now asking for dower from the land. Add. Def.: Zachariah Hale and wife Elizabeth, Leeroy Hale, John Hartman, Charles Kincheloe.
