The charge reads: "With force and arms she broke and entered the close of the said John Den and ejected him therefrom, to his damage of five hundred dollars." (Note: this case is mentioned in Robert J. Nelson v. William Griffin et al.) Additional Defendants: Richard Fen, who apparently did the actual removing of Den. Bugg then moved into the property, so the landlord, Ezekiel Norris, is also a principal figure in the case. |
