Additional parties: Too many to name. Case concerns election that took place at a new independent school district known as RoEllen School in respect to the issuance of school bonds. Upon passing $10,000 in school bonds would have been used to erect a new public school building. Plaintiffs claim the election was illegal and contrary to law and all vote that were casts are void and therefor there is no authority for the issuance and sale of bonds. 2 folders. |
