Exhibits include official ballot, newspaper clipping reporting election results by precinct, and letter from the regional director of the [Public Works Administration] which built airports, dams, schools, warships & bridges during the Depression. |

After the formation of James County, a vote was held to establish the location of the county seat. Plaintiffs complain that defendants, wishing to establish the James County seat in Ooltewah instead of Harrison, withheld 64 lawful votes. |
