Dubose is the son of Camilla Dubose. The suit was initially against the "estate of Camilla Dubose." However, Camilla died, leaving her son to face the law suit. Apparently, Levy paid the taxes on the land to allow Camilla to get caught up on her bills. Camilla and family had the choice to pay Levy back, plus interest, but they never did. Therefore, Levy claims the title of the land which is in his possession is legal and he is the rightful owner. |
