Later, Owen & Hatcher conversing near public square in Columbia. Hatcher said interest was past due; Owen said he'd forgotten, offered it to pay it then; Hatcher refused, said he was going to resign as guardian & ward's mom was thinking about qualifying. Hatcher remained guardian, but pla. (judgment creditor of Owen) sued to reach Owen's equitable interest. |

Plaintiffs had paid $321.74 and paid balance sometime later. Jobe issued for whole execution at first, then remembered later that $321.74 was paid, but still wanting the rest of the judgment. Plaintiffs seek stay of execution, charging that they had paid balance. |
