One Arthur Landers, another employee of the defendant was driving the truck at a reckless speed and when the truck crashed and the deceased was thrown from it onto the road, cracking his skull and dying from the injuries. The deceased's mother told the defendant he wasn’t to ride in the trucks prior to the accident. Plaintiff sued for $25,000 in damages. |
