Grave's brother Tom was at Flat Woods as well on Sunday morning . Plaintiff argued with the witness who was eventually shooting the shoulder by James Graves. |

Little pulled on Bandy's shoulder, catching his shirt and causing it to tear. Bandy told Little he would shoot him for tearing his shirt and held up his gun. Little lunged at him and Bandy fired. |

Crenshaw was accused of the malicious shooting of Joseph Fields. Fields survived and acted as witness in the trial. Fields asserted Crenshaw and his wife developed an affair when Mrs. Fields was assisting an ill and dying Mrs. Crenshaw. After this, Mrs. Fields moved back home, where the shooting occurred. Mr. Fields was drawing water for dfnt., who was plotting with Mrs. Fields to kill Mr. Fields. Shooting occurred on Mr. Flippin's farm. Housed in 2 folders |
