Plaintiffs stated that they were being threatened that their 13 year old daughter, Ruth, would be taken away from them if they did not move to another location. The child began to experience nightmares from the undue stress. Mrs. Kilgrow moved to a single room apartment with her daughter and Mr. Kilgrow remained in the family home to maintain it. No reason was given by Juvenile for the threaten removal of the child. |
