Appears to be brief for defendant. Defendant argues that it refused to pay the policy holder because he had voided the terms of the policy by failing to provide an inventory of the destroyed property, overestimating his losses, not having title to destroyed building, etc. Fire took place 7 April 1898. When company refused payment the plaintiff brought suit 17 Sept. 1898.
