View Entry | 1923 | Addie Harrell v. Fidelity Insurance Co. | Knox | Insurance Disputes |
Incomplete case file: testimony only. Because only testimony is present, case details are difficult to discern. It seems that Mrs. Addie Prince Harrell had trouble with her eyes, perhaps an astigmatism. She seems to have gotten into an accident, but was not badly harmed. She was diagnosed as neurasthenic. What she claimed to the insurance company is not stated here. Much questioning about glasses and nervous disorder. |
