Pltf. sued in his own right and as the Next Friend of Cuba Heathcott, his minor daughter. Addtl dfnts: A. M. Burton, President of Life & Casualty Ins. Co; and H. B. Folk, Secretary & Treasurer of said company. Pltfs. were the beneficiaries of a policy issued to Lelon Nunley by the dfnt. co. on Nov. 5, 1928. Nunley was drowned following an automobile accident near the spillway of Reelfoot Lake, which fits for policy payment, however dfnt. refused to pay the pltfs. Exhibit in WT OV 7. 3 folders. |
