Victim: Will Thomas. Will Thomas, rode up to the home of the father of witness Maddie Cash and her sister who at the time were being visited by Buford Brandon and Van Robertson. After Brandon said to Maddie Cash not to go out to Thomas, Thomas Drew his pistol and shot at Brandon twice. Brandon drew his pistol and fired 5 times killing Thomas. Incomplete case file.
