Driver filed his original bill in 1879 against Dixon to enforce a vendor's lien on a 305 acre tract of land and two notes for $2,000 each given by Dixon to Driver. Dixon filed a cross bill and claimed that Driver had misrepresented the character of the land and its soil. Includes reported case booklet. |
