Easley paid off the debt, Grant conveyed the land but did not pay off Rhea's trust deed. Easley had his own debts, & tried to get money from Grant through the law suit. The connection of Ingersoll and Seuter to Rhea, Easley, and Grant is unclear. |

Anderson bought property adjacent to Georgia Ave. in Chattanooga. At time of purchase, a fence which abutted sidewalk running along street had been knocked down by trespassers. After he replaced the fence, believing it to be the boundary of the property, he received letter from the city marshal ordering him to move the fence back 9-13 ft. from the sidewalk or it would be torn down. Anderson was seeking to confirm that the property line was at the edge of the sidewalk. |

Plntff. has since learned that most of the land she bought belongs to Nancy Collins except for a few acres. The notes, which are now due, have been transferred to Lewis M. Jarvis. Plntff. wants Court to cancel the notes & see that they are returned to her, & force Seal to refund her $100. |

The plaintiff's father, William Rucker (dec.), left her several tracts of land, a portion of which she deeded over to William Malicout. A deed was made out to the defendant by Malicout, cutting the plaintiff out of her share of the land. The making of said deed without the plaintiff's knowledge was a fraudulent move and she alone held rights to the land and her husband's debt to Jamagin led to the trespass. |

Champion also sold 82 acres to James Stead who built a farm there. Tibbs bought that and sold it to C. L. Hardwick. It gets more complicated. |
