Tibbs made his commplaint against Julius E. Raht, George W. Sallie, Mahala Beard, John H. Beard, Marshall L. Beard, Francis A. Beard, Charlotte L. Beard, Nannie D. Beard, James L. Kirby, and Mary A. Bradford, Patience McGriff, and Charles D. Champion. He charged that "old William Champion" sold to him a 392-acre farm near Cleveland. Champion also sold 82 acres to James Stead who built a farm there. Tibbs bought that and sold it to C. L. Hardwick. It gets more complicated. |

Plaintiff brought this action in 1868 asking the court to decide whether his debtor, Hendricks, owned the land alone or jointly with Cording and Priestly. |

Cameron sold Hayse a house & lot in Rutledge for an unspecified amount. Purchase agreement stated that if all of the money owed was not paid by a certain date, the Hayse would pay Cameron $4/month in rent. Cameron claimed that Hayse neither paid the purchase money owed nor paid any rent. |

Brack) brought suit and received judgment against W. H. Brack for debt and caused executions to be levied against his one ninth undivided interest in a tract of land. Elmore Brack claims interest in the same land. This suit was brought to determine which parties are entitled to said interest. |
