Thomas Neely (dec.) left a widow, the plaintiff, and before his death, bought land from his father, the defendant. T. Neely still owed $100 and defendant never made a deed to land. Plaintiff also alleges that defendant conveyed to buy the land at $300 after T. Neely's death. Bill argues the passing of any money to either side and the owner of the land.
