Add. Defendants: Mrs. Minnie Turner Shumate, Mrs. Anndie Turner Drinnn, & Jesse M. Turner. All parties are the heirs of Robert Turner (dec'd) and Martha J. Turner (dec'd). R. Turner left a will for a certain tract of land and a house. The plaintiff was the chief beneficiary under said will, but it was later destroyed by their mother. Plaintiff sued to have the will made by R. Turner while in sound mind reinstated and he be named owner of the property with right to entry.
