Plaintiff states that he was the owner of a tract of land located in the 5th Civil District of Clay County and purchased from his father, John Leonard. Plaintiff claims that the defendants and other heirs of John Leonard threatened him with a lawsuit and conspired to take said land from. Fearing personal injury, the pla. entered into an agreement with the defendants to sell the land in controversy.
