View Entry | 1888 | James & Robert B. McKinley v. H. M. Ammonett | Putnam | Land and Title Dispute |
James and Robert McKinley sue Ammonett for enclosing a quarter of an acre of their land, which they claim to have owned for years. Ammonett had previously sued them for trespass, claiming he had owned land for 7 years. McKinleys claim Ammonett's title to the land is vague and void, saying their title is older and better. McKinleys want to repossess the land and have Ammonett restrained from trespassing again. Four folders for case. |
