2 folders. Additional defendants: Walter T. Searcy, Lucien J. Searcy. T. J. Searcy, husband of Ella Searcy, was J. B. Randolph's cousin. Randolph was sick and out of his mind for a time. During this time, two deeds were made out to deed land from Randolph to Searcy. Shortly after, Searcy died and the land passed to his heirs. Randolph claimed when he signed the deeds, he was near death and didn't realize what he was signing. He also claims Searcy and his lawyer coerced him into signing under duress. |

James Gallagher is her trustee and was "to hold said property in trust for the purpose of securing a homestead for said Mary Ann." |
