Brownlows recovered judgment against Ressler for $430 & for possession of premises at No. 310 Wall Avenue in Knoxville, where proprietorship shoe repair business was located (known as Wall Avenue Shoe Shop). Shop at 1 point operated by Louis Friedman, brother-in-law of Fred Millen, who leased the premises from the Brownlows. Friedman had become indebted to Ressler, who allowed Millen's son Louis to operate the shoe repair shop until debt pd. Dispute over ownership of the shop. |

Low's land (aka Patterson tract unoccupied for more than 20 yrs but fruit gathered & timber cut & removed from it, and those products carried out on road in question. Turner left a will for a certain tract of land and a house. The plaintiff was the chief beneficiary under said will, but it was later destroyed by their mother. Plaintiff sued to have the will made by R. Turner while in sound mind reinstated and he be named owner of the property with right to entry. |
