Additional Defendants: S. Kirkpatrick, and R. L. Coleman. Defendants are partners trading under the firm name of Kirkpatrick and Coleman. This case involves two houses originally owned by John M. Bass and purchased by the Pla. and F. E. Williams. The houses front on the North Side of Union St. between College and Market Street in Nashville.
