Additional defendants: Emily, David, and Elizabeth Bull, John and Catherine Evans, and Mary Leger, all heirs of Claiborne Bull dec. Harvey purchased the various interests in a tract of land from several of the defendants and then sold the entirety of the land to the plaintiff. Before conveyance was made, a fire destroyed the title bonds to said land. Plaintiff prays that the title and interest in the land be divested from the heirs and placed with him.
