This case involves a conflict over the sale of a tract of land in Claiborne Co. E.N. Duncan arranged to sale the tract of land to a man in Texas in exchange for a tract of land there. E.N. Duncan, however, only owned half the tract of land as he had split it with his brother Ben Duncan and E.N Duncan's wife refused to move or sign any sort of deed.
