Additional defendants: John Badge, Eugene Eaton, A.L. Eaton, and Erasmus Alley. Plaintiffs Haselton and Giles had commenced action of ejectment against defendants in Marion county Circuit Court to recover lands which are subject to the right of way for the use of the Nashville & Chattanooga R.R. Co. Plaintiffs charge they were dispossessed of these lands by defendants who unlawfully detain them. Plaintiffs want all clouds to their title to said land be removed.
