Add. Defendant: J. Hardie Johnston, Sr. C. B. Johnston is the plaintiff's stepmother and wife to second defendant. J. H. Johnston, Sr., took money from the estate of his deceased wife, Mrs. Lou A. Mee, that was willed to the plaintiff and invested it in certain real estate. J. H. Johnston, Sr. later conveyed the land to his co-defendant with the understanding that the plaintiff's rights to it were to be protected. She later filed for divorce from the co-defendant and took the rights to the land.
