Defendant alias Arch Estes. For selling liquor to W. K. Smith, a student at Sam Houston Academy. Case also states that it was sold without the consent of parent or guardian of Smith. It doesn't give Smith's age, so it's unclear if it was simply illegal sale of liquor or illegal sale of liquor to a minor. |
