Additional defendants: F. G. Proutt, Thomas F. Stratton, John M. Dean, The Board of Water Commissioners. The plaintiff, formerly recognized as Memphis Trust Company, alleged the City's execution of a trust deed for securing a large bond and said trust detailed the ownership of water rights. The bank avers the commissioners withdrew bond money, not for water improvements, but for issuing time bonds to different banks around the city.

Additional defendant: C. C. Rutherford, stockholder & officer for Sterchi Bros. Stores Inc. Shipley purchased stock in Sterchi Bros. and applied for the loan in which to purchase the stock from defendant. Rutherford executed a guarantee to enable the loan. Shipley had defaulted on the loan payment. Exhibit includes a copy of the check from East Tennessee Savings Bank. Plaintiff is the successor the East TN Savings Bank and owns the note.

Additional Defendants: Lillie May Rowland, T.M. Ketron, Mary Ketron, J.B. Nall, trustee, and J.E. Ramey. As a representative of the court, McNeil loaned court funds amounting in the sum of $300 to the defendants for the purchase of land. The Rowlands sold the land to the Ketrons, who found out the land was owned by J.E. Ramey.

In 1908, the plaintiff was indebted for a mortgage on a series of notes for $75 each with interest. He saw S. Hirsch to nego- tiate a new mortgage and borrowed $3,000 to take up the old mortgage, to be paid back in one hundred $40 payments with interest. Plaintiff began getting statements from the Association, to which he never made and made no mention of the conveyance.

Complainants: JL Braden is the husband and next friend of Maggie Braden, a minor. Additional Defendants: AG Williams, James White, Luther Brown, Martha B. Webb borrowed $150.00 from her daughter, Maggie Braden and failed to pay it back in the time that was agreed upon by both people. It was also known by MB Webb and defendants that MB Webb was borrowing money that belonged to her daughter.

Hunt sued to gain an extension on her loan from Acacia. She sites the Depression and non-liquid assets as reasons for her inability to pay for an extension on her land loan. Housed in _ folders. Exhibit materials include copied letters, tax receipts, and an indenture notice.

Additional Defendant: Henry Craft. The plaintiff made an agreement for a loan with the defendants to be paid back without interest.
